This is a tribute to the genius of Christian Dior and our way to be grateful to him and celebrate the birth of the fashion house (12 February 1947, when the influential and revolutionary Corolle (New Look) collection was launched) which turned 75 on February 12, 2022.

It is a 1950’s dress by Dior which AWE reinterpreted in its own colourful and precious fashion as a token of our gratitude for the huge amount of inspiration and beauty and charm and glamour Mr. Christian Dior offered us.

One of a kind shawl/bow made entirely of silk Shantung patchwork, by sewing piece by piece together, each colour of silk being carefully chosen to maximise the colour effect. The shawl is 3.50m long and 50cm wide and is two-faced. The shawl/bow is extremely versatile and it is the perfect catchy accessory for a minimalist outfit. The ribbon can be tied in several ways.

Price is for shawl/bow only. The little black dress is sold separately.

Each shawl will have a unique design. In the case of unique and/or patchwork items, further orders will significantly resemble the website photo, but will not be identical.
